Product Description:

Artisan breads, sourdough based, made with certified organic flour. Our bread types: Rustic Country, Dark Rye, Milanese, Focaccia, Multigrain, German style Pumpernickel Chilako Rye, Anadama, Olive Bread, Roasted Potato Garlic Bread, Fig Anise Delight, and Gnarly Bread. Freshly ground whole grain flour on order.

Production Method:

Sourdough breads baked the traditional way in a wood fired brick oven. We grind our certified organic Spelt kernels, Wheat kernels, and Rye kernels prior to baking in our own stone mill. Our bakery is carbon neutral.

Raw Materials / Ingredients:

Certified organic wheat, spelt, and rye. Sea salt, some yeast.. Sourdough. Well water.

Pricing Structure:

$5 to $5.50 / loaf. Flour: Spelt 2kg $11, Wheat 2kg $9, Rye 2kg $10
